VINE System

The Maryland Victim Information & Notification Everyday System (VINE) is a confidential automated service enabling victims to track an offender’s custody or court case status. Notification is provided by phone and email regarding the offender’s release, transfer, escape, hearing violations or change in supervising agent and upcoming hearings and court status changes.

Maryland Registered Sex Offender Website

The Maryland Sex Offender Registry Website is an important tool that families can use to protect themselves, their children, and those they care for from individuals with criminal sexual behaviors. You will be able to find registered sex offenders living and working near you, be notified of registrants’ movements, and explore resources that will help you to prevent and get treatment for sexual abuse.

Absolute Investigative Fingerprinting and Security Services

Westminster, MD – We offer Livescan and ink fingerprinting services. We are authorized and certified through the State of Maryland and C.J.I.S. to electronically transmit State and Federal Criminal Background record requests to the Central Repository.

Essential Support Services

Eldersburg, MD – We use state-of-the-art equipment, optical fingerprint recognition, verification and identification. We utilize both Fingerprint cards and Live Scan (Electronic Fingerprinting). Our technicians are trained and certified.
